You said you needed the identity of two of the unknown people in chapter 307. Well there is the captain Shiraishi Kuranosuke. He is the one who is talking to tooyama and has the bandages on his arm. the others are oshtari kenya, oshtari yuushi from hoytei's cousin. the other is Ishida Gin, who is the big brother of Tetsu from fudomine. Hope this helped in you translating the chapter faster.
