What is wrong with Real Madrid?

This few days... the news of whats happening to Real Madrid is really puzzling me... first Beckham signed a $250 million 5 year deal, Ronaldo and Cassano declared useless, the president condemning Beckham for leaving, which I think he really have no reason to be angry with Beckham since he really isnt playing at all. I guess the loss of millions (merchandising sales) angered him. You really can't expect Beckham to stay when you only started him 3 times in a whole season, even playing Raul out of position just to keep Becks out of the squad thats plain retarded. Beckham is THE best passer in madrid, and most probably the world, and to just toss him out like a ragged doll after milking him of all those millions, Madrid is quickly losing my respect. (and if you didnt know, I am NOT a Beckham fan, I even winced when I found out that Madrid signed him, but the way Madrid is doing things now, IMO is really unprofessional.)
Seriously, I thought at the start of the season signing Capello was a good choice of manager... but at this stage of time, I feel that Vicente Del Bosque would have been a better choice. Everything bad started with the sacking of Del Bosque.
The squad that Madrid has at the moment is really capable of winning things, they have good players, however the way Capello is playing them, is really too italian-oriented. People like to see Real Madrid attacking, not defending but with Capello at the helm, that will not change.
